My coaching fee varies based on the length of the session and the number of times we meet each month.
The range of services starts from a single 45 minutes coaching session for $ 125 to packets with several sessions, which greatly reduce the costs for each single session.
I also offer individual agreements, for example shorter sessions or a single double-session.
As soon as I get the PayPal payment confirmation, I will contact you by email to schedule the first session. With this email, you will also get a questionnaire that helps me to get to know your situation and expectation.

Focus coaching:
Focus coaching can help with immediate issues, such as a problem in a relationship with your partner, a colleague or your boss, completing a project, sticking to a diet, maintaining an exercise program, reaching an important decision, and others.

“Positive Change” – Coaching Packet
- A set of 3 coaching sessions with each session lasting 45 – 60 minutes tailored to your specific needs and goals. The sessions ought to be completed across a 30-60 day period.
- Unlimited email support between sessions for follow-up questions.
- Weekly tracking of progress.
- Option to renew the set of 3 Sessions for 10% off.
- Option to continue with bi-weekly or once per month sessions.
Sessions are either by phone or, if you live in the Boston area, in person (on request). I coach in English or German.
The set of three coaching sessions costs only  $ 325. You  save $ 50!
Email Coaching:
- You can work with me at your own convenience.
- You decide the time and the pace of our coaching relationship.
- Some clients prefer the anonymity of email coaching.
- The coaching fees are lower, and therefore email coaching functions as low cost, low risk entry to coaching.
- There is always the possibility to switch to phone coaching or in-person sessions.

General policy:
The monthly fee must be paid in advance before or on the day of the first session. I accept cash, check or credit card via PayPal.
If you must cancel an appointment, call in minimum 24 hours ahead. Any not cancelled appointments that are missed will be charged the regular fee.
If you are not satisfied with my services, you can end coaching at any time. I will refund the already paid fee for sessions that are not yet taken. This is a partnership. If it doesn’t work, we won’t continue.
